SciPinion is seeking experienced physiologically based pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PBPK/PD) modelers, particularly those with experience in modeling xenobiotic disposition in the pregnancy state, use of Monte Carlo methods, and application to human health risk assessment (e.g., reference value derivation, data-derived extrapolation factor calculation). The specific details of this opportunity are as follows:
- Compensation: $2,800 (USD) per reviewer
- Desired Expertise: PBPK modeling, with specific experience modeling the pregnancy state
- Recruitment Period: Present - 09/20/16
- Review Format: Level 2 (detailed), sponsor blinded, identity of experts disclosed, 1 round of review
- Work Description: Review 1 manuscript with 4-5 manuscripts provided as background material; Review of model code; Answer approximately 6 charge questions
- Level of Effort: ~16 hrs (spread out over the review period at reviewer’s discretion)
