By using the Service, visiting the Website, uploading or submitting information through the Website to the Provider, you hereby expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and transfer of any information you provide to us, including any personal data, pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is an addition to the Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the general definitions and provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply. This Privacy Policy is a binding agreement between the Provider and you.

The Provider will not otherwise share or sell your personally identifiable information.

ARTICLE 7: CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
The Service is in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“Shine the Light Law”) and is exempt from the requirements of California’s Shine the Light Law because the Provider is exempt from California’s Shine the Light Law, including, but not limited to, since the Provider has fewer than 20 employees, and the Provider does not share your personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. No one under 13 years of age may provide any information on the Website. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 years of age to register with the Service or provide any personal information.
