Work Description
Panelists will review a summary document and select publication(s) then answer 5-10 charge questions
Review Format
Up to 3 rounds (modified Delphi format), depending upon degree of consensus after Round 1.
Blinding
Triple blinded: Sponsor is blinded to the panelists, panelists are blinded to the sponsor, panelists are blinded to one another during panel recruitment and engagement. After panel completion, panelists identities will be included in a report.
