SciPinion is seeking a PBPK modeler to conduct a thorough QA/QC review of a PBPK model. Proficiency in R is required for this SciTask.
Work Description
The PBPK modeler is tasked with conducting a thorough review of the following materials:
- A report that summarizes model development (~170 pages)
- Model and parameter files for rats, post-natal rats, and humans
- Data files for plasma measurements, and acetylcholinesterase inhibition
- Additional files for fitting/optimization files (including copies of AWS workspace), and utility files (e.g., for figure generation)
A ~50-point model checklist will be provided to the modeler, which will serve as the basis of the QA/QC report prepared by the modeler. Draft report due by ~December 30, 2025. Final report (revised per comments provided by SciPinion) due by ~January 9, 2026.
