 This study seeks to determine which method is most effective for conducting a personnel needs analysis among Environmental Health Officers (EHOs). Key research questions include: How effective is the Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) method in estimating appropriate staffing levels for EHOs? What are the strengths and limitations of using task analysis to understand EHO job roles and responsibilities? To what extent does competency gap analysis help identify training and skill development needs? Additionally, the study will explore how combining multiple PNA methods improves workforce planning and how contextual factors influence the suitability and accuracy of each method.
