Can anyone direct me to a good photomicrograph of macrophages in palisades?

I am putting together a PowerPoint on acute and chronic inflammation, and I want to show what it looks like when macrophages form palisades.

You can visit pathology teaching websites such as Libre Pathology or Pathology Outlines, which have common pathological changes, including microscopic images of palisade macrophages, and so on.

There are pathology teaching online series like libre pathology and pathology outlines where there are micrographs of most pathological disorders or manifestations.
