When can human consciousness be uploaded to a computer?

The integration of brain computer interfaces, neural morphology chips, and AI big models is accelerating, but consciousness uploading still faces some technical problems, such as high-precision mapping of the whole brain (synaptic connectivity group), digital simulation of dynamic neural coding, and philosophical definitions of consciousness continuity and identity recognition. Please discuss the key time nodes and technical bottlenecks for achieving "consciousness upload" based on dimensions such as neuroscience, chip computing power, and medical ethics.

It can't because it has no originality.  AI uses algorithms to give average answers as the norm. If I am wrong, I will be glad to see how AI explains the bending of light by gravity in the time-space continuum, which we perceive as something else.
