Any herbal medicines used for hepatitis, possible mechanism of action, and if possible attached pictures of plants with citations

I agree with Rolf Teschke's comment above. the type of hepatitis needs to be identified. My first thought is about milk thistle extract which has been identified as assisting in liver health and symptoms of hepatitis.
 
From NatMed database (https://naturalmedicines-therapeuticresearch-com.eu1.proxy.openathens.net/databases/food,-herbs-supplements/professional.aspx?productid=138) : In people with hepatitis due to a variety of causes, taking a milk thistle extract containing 70% to 80% silymarin (Legalon, Madaus GmbH) 140 mg orally three times daily for 4 weeks reduces symptoms such as jaundice, dark urine, and scleral icterus, but does not improve liver function tests (LFTs) (63210,63317). However, some improvements in LFTs are seen with a silybin-phosphatidylcholine complex (Silipide, Inverni della Beffa Research and Development Laboratories) taken as 160-360 mg orally daily for 2 weeks to 3 months (63320,63321). However, there are methodological problems with these latter studies.

Question of herbal medicines treating hepatitis is not specific enough as there are many types of hepatitis that may require different medicinal herbs. In gerenal, RCTs espeially from studies in Asia including China with its TCMs are often of poor quality. In addition, many herbal mediccines may be hepatotoxic.  References:
