Personal experience

Though its not my main branch of research.

I have research 7 years of experience in diabetes and heart physiology.

It was difficult to answer this question-- my four decades of research are basic sciences (laboratory and theoretical) that also include studying mitochondrial function, metabolism and immune behaviors in tissues including skeletal muscle.

I work in neuroscience

Mostly preclinical

My research has cardiology overlap.
