In the perspective of Bangladesh, how do you consider to be husband’s presence in the delivery room during his wife's child birth?

In Bangladeshi culture, husbands are usually not permitted to be present in the delivery room with his wife. What do you think about this topic? And Should this culture need to be change now? In which perspective you think it should be change?
