    I do not think that an additional carcinogenicity study will clarify. Assessment of tumorigenic potential and relevance of the findings needs to integrate mode of action and toxicokinetics as done in the white paper. This should be sufficient for conclusions on potential carcinogenicity

    If human exposure levels are well below extrapolated threshold doses, the there is no need. However, the additional tests described above would increase my confidence.

Agreement here, even in case of negative results in a new study, the results of Scott et al require interpretation. The white paper does a good job addressing the issues
