I served on the EPA's Office of Pesticide Program's Cancer Assessment Review Committee from ~1998 to ~2009. As a committee member I was involved in the review of many chemicals. I can not recall reviewing 1,3-D, and if I did participate in a review, it was more than a decade ago.
