One of the important differences between in vitro and in vivo studies is the availability of detoxification pathways such as glutathione conjugation. The role of glutathione on genotoxicity of 1,3-D was explicitly assessed (Lawlor, 2004). Do you agree that glutathione is protective of 1,3-D genotoxicity?
